Virtual School Occupational Therapist (OT) - Minnesota or OT Compact License

This role places you at the center of a student's ability to access learning, working with children across a range of needs including fine motor development, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and self-regulation. Serving students virtually, you will conduct evaluations, develop individualized goals, and deliver direct therapy sessions through a telehealth platform, collaborating closely with special education teachers, parents, and school-based teams. Minnesota licensure or an OT Compact License is required to practice in this position. You will follow the natural rhythm of the school year, participating in IEP meetings, contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions, and supporting educators in embedding therapeutic strategies into daily classroom routines. Virtual service delivery in a school setting demands both clinical skill and the ability to build meaningful rapport with students and families through a screen, making creativity and clear communication essential to this work.
