This substitute school nursing role places you in elementary, middle, or high school settings across a district in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, stepping in to provide continuity of care when the regular nurse is absent. Day to day, you will assess student health concerns, administer medications, manage chronic conditions such as asthma or diabetes, and communicate with families and staff as needed.
