Deliver individual and group therapy sessions via in-person or telehealth formats, ensuring engaging and effective interventions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, session notes, and treatment plans using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Provide guidance to families on home practice strategies and support ongoing communication regarding student progress. Stay current with best practices in pediatrics, early intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration to continually enhance service quality. Experience Proven experience working with children in pediatric speech therapy settings, including schools or early intervention programs. Demonstrated knowledge of speech-language pathology principles related to anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to speech impairments. Familiarity with comprehensive speech and language evaluations for diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities. Experience implementing speech therapy plans for pediatric populations with a variety of communication disorders. Telehealth therapy experience is highly preferred, with the ability to adapt interventions for virtual platforms effectively. Ability to collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams such as occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and medical professionals. Prior work with patients across age ranges—including working with geriatric patients—is a plus but not required; the focus remains on pediatric care.
