Special Education Paraeducator – Decatur Township

This position supports students with disabilities in a K-12 school setting within the Decatur Township area of Indianapolis. Working under the direction of licensed special education teachers, you will assist students throughout the school day across a range of activities, including instruction, transitions, self-care routines, and behavioral support. The work requires patience, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping students build independence and confidence over time. Day to day, you will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to carry out individualized education program goals in both classroom and inclusive settings.
