Special Ed Teacher, School, SC, Lancaster | Contract – Lancaster, SC

This position supports students with a range of learning and developmental needs within a K-12 school setting in Lancaster, SC. You will develop and implement individualized education programs, deliver specially designed instruction, and track student progress across academic and functional goals throughout the school year. The work involves close collaboration with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure each student receives consistent, meaningful support. Day to day, you will lead small group and individual instruction, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain required documentation in accordance with federal and state special education guidelines. The school calendar provides a natural rhythm of planning, progress monitoring, and transition preparation that guides the year. A valid South Carolina special education teaching license is expected for this role.
