One-to-One School Nurse (RN), Full-Time

Dedicated 1:1 nurse for a medically complex middle school student in the Somerville area, Monday–Friday from 7:00 to 3:30, including bus rides to and from school. Duties include JG-tube feedings, giving medications, suctioning and respiratory care, continuous oxygen monitoring with emergency response, and positioning and mobility support. Requires an active MA RN, BLS/CPR, and JG/G-tube and oxygen experience, plus CORI and fingerprint clearance.
