Moon Area School District Permanent Paraeducator!

This position supports students with disabilities in a K-12 school setting in Moon Township, PA, working directly alongside special education teachers and related service providers to help students access the curriculum and meet their individualized goals. Day to day, you will assist with instruction, provide behavioral and personal care support as needed, and help create an environment where each student can participate meaningfully in school life. Throughout the school year, you will follow the schedules and routines that give students with diverse learning needs consistency and structure. You will collaborate closely with the broader special education team, contributing observations and support that inform how instruction is adjusted for each student. This is hands-on, relationship-centered work that makes a real difference in the lives of children who benefit most from dedicated, patient one-on-one and small-group attention.
