LPN,RN, School, PA, Reading | Contract – Reading, PA

This school nurse position supports students across a K-12 setting in Reading, PA, providing day-to-day health services that keep the school community safe and learning-ready. You will manage medication administration, respond to illness and injury, conduct health screenings, and maintain accurate student health records. Working closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators, you serve as the primary clinical resource for students with chronic conditions and individualized health plans. The rhythm of the school year brings variety, from coordinating care at the start of the year to supporting students through seasonal health challenges and end-of-year transitions. You will communicate regularly with families and outside healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. A current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania is expected for this role.
