This position supports students with autism and related developmental needs in a K-12 school setting in Lansdale, PA. Working under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data on student progress, and help build the foundational skills students need to engage meaningfully in their educational environment. Your day-to-day work will involve direct, one-on-one support as well as small-group settings, always following established ABA-based protocols.
You will collaborate regularly with special education teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other support staff to ensure consistency across the student's day. The school calendar brings a natural rhythm of assessment periods, team meetings, and shifting student goals that keeps the work engaging and purposeful.
